Do you sell new bikes?

We do specialize in custom built bicycles at Mack’s and are always happy to start that process with anyone and everyone! Our favorite include Rivendell but the options go beyond that! This process starts with a frame and from there, we work together to pick all of the parts to your new ride!

We do have a very limited availability of in-stock bicycles in the shop from brands like Public, Surly, Fairdale, and Marin.

We typically have a test fleet of Public Bikes in the shop for you to try before buying if that is of interest to you before buying.

Do you service E-Bikes?

We only service e-bikes with Bosch/Shimano drive system. This includes service of ANY KIND (adjustments, flat repairs, tune-ups, etc.)

Service costs for e-bikes is billed at our hourly service rate of $110/hour.

If you have a large cargo e-bike, please reach out to us for service details since shop storage space is limited!

If i buy a bike online, can you assemble it for me?

YES!

You can order a bike online and ship it to your home and drop-off at Mack’s OR you can ship your bike directly to Mack’s for assembly.

If you ship directly to Mack’s, please email Kelly@macksbikeandgoods.com with order information and tracking number. Once the bicycle is dropped off/delivered, it will be placed into our service queue and assembled by one of our mechanics.
