Evanston Witches Ride 2025

✨ Calling all lady witches✨ for our annual bicycle ride around town to celebrate the spooky season together. Our loop around North Evanston includes stops near Willard, Independence Park, Kinglsey, & Lincolnwood. Once we wrap up, all witches are invited to come share a beverage at The Fat Shallot for our annual bicycle ride around town to celebrate the spooky season together.

🕰 Witches are welcome to arrive at Mack's Bike and Goods anytime after 5pm.

🧹 We will take off and depart from Mack's by 6pm.

Bring yourself in your best witchy costume prepared with candy to toss at the children along the route.

💀 Free to ride with us. Registration is not required but appreciated!

🎃 Special event Mack's Witches Ride totes pre-filled with candy available for pre-order via EventBright Link.

🤝 More importantly, this year we will be collecting donations for Sanctuary Evanston's Mutual Aid arm to support local immigrant neighbors during this challenging time. We are seeking gift cards, of any amount, to local grocery stores (Jewel, Valli, Aldi, etc.) and pharmacies (Walgreens and CVS) to enable impacted folks to shop on their own or to be used by community members shopping on their behalf. Thank you in advance for your support of our neighbors.

It’s time again to celebrate Fall at Mack’s! Come hang with us while buying/selling bikes and used bike parts. Coffee, music, oh and a lovely pumpkin patch for you to find a cutesy pumpkin to celebrate fall!

There will be a special face-painter from 11-1pm for the kids compliments of Mack’s + Lauren Weiss

Every 4th Wednesday of the month come on a casual and friendly social ride with Kelly! The goal of this ride is to bring more badass ladies out together on bicycles.

  • Departure time sometime between 5:45-6pm from Mack’s sidelot

  • Routes will be TBD (expect somewhere between 5-10 miles)

  • Some rides will include a spot at a local Evanston small business in town
